Account Check
You can check your mileage account by calling our Member Services Hotline or by making inquiries at any of Air China’s local sales offices.

Mileage Statement
If there is a change in your mileage within 2 months, you will receive a Mileage Statement containing your revised mileage, details about how your mileage changes and the latest promotions. The Mileage Statement will be sent to you by email or by post. If you choose to get your Mileage Statement by email, you will get a mileage bonus and Air China will not send you a paper Mileage Statement.

PhoenixMiles Express
If you provided your email address, you will receive our PhoenixMiles Express on a periodic basis. It contains information on Air China’s special offers and promotions.
