Air China reserves the right to revise or terminate this program at any time without prior notice, even if such revision or termination might compromise your mileage accrual or award privileges.
If you change your address, please let us know as soon as possible. Air China shall not be held responsible for any delay or loss of correspondence that results from a wrong address.
Should there be any abuse of the awards (selling mileage) or other violations of the rules and regulations (providing false documents or evidence), Air China reserves the right to take any of the following measures according to the severity of the abuse or violation: charging the member for any losses incurred to Air China, terminating the member’s membership, canceling the member’s accrued mileage, charging the member for the cost of any Economy, Business or First Class tickets used, and any other associated legal fees. In addition, Air China reserves the right to take any legal action against any member who violates any of these rules and requirements and charge the member for any losses or to terminate the member’s membership in the program.
If the rules and regulations contained in this guide contradict applicable laws, the applicable laws shall prevail.
This guide is also published in other languages in addition to Chinese. In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese version and other versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Air China has the right on the final construction of this guide.
In case of a legal dispute, arbitration shall take place in Beijing and is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (not including the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). The dispute shall be resolved by the Beijing Arbitration Committee according to applicable rules of arbitration.
This version of the guide replaces all previous versions. All the rules and regulations contained in this guide shall be considered definitive.
